I started Student Accommodation Gillingham after studying a Business degree at the University of Kent and a 4 year career in Kids & Sports content for a Global TV distribution company. During this time I have continuously developed my skills to become a professional Sales person, adapting my expertise to the Student Letting business, meeting and exceeding targets and most recently excelling at project management.

I aim to pro-actively increase and improve our student property portfolio, by which I spend liaising with landlords and carrying out valuations of their properties; always seeking to offer advice on how to boost the standard of their investment with a view to getting them tenants year on year.
It is my intention to continually improve within Gillingham's ever growing lettings field, develop my team and continue to grow our presence.

As the Lettings Executive I work alongside the Lettings Manager in all aspects of our letting service including; conducting viewings, liaising between the students and landlords to negotiate rents and overseeing the process of Tenancy Agreements. I am also responsible for the implementation of our online Marketing strategy.
I am the first point of contact for anyone either visiting or calling the office and I pride myself in providing a friendly and professional service.
Edward Sullivan
Since starting our first Student Letting project back in 2008, we have continued getting busier and busier and you'll often see me dashing about in my big white van, attending to the everyday maintenance issues that may arise within our ever growing portfolio of Student and Residential properties.
I've had over 20 years experience in the Property Maintenance sector and have experience of successfully developing a number of my own properties, my latest of which appeared on BBC's Homes Under the Hammer - 27th June 2012.
